Appointments are available day, evening, weekends and sometimes the same day. Please don’t hesitate to call if you have any issues with booking online or can’t get the time or staff available for you to book your appointment.

A credit or debit card is required when booking online or over the phone. Please have the information ready when you book. This is required even if you are using a gift certificate. Giving your credit card number when you book your appointment is confirmation that you understand and agree to our policies.

Upon Arrival:
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for relaxation time before your appointment. Restrooms, Refreshments are WiFi are available.

Cancellation Policy / Reservation Policy:

All new clients must leave a $50 deposit on a valid credit card that will be applied toward service or cancellation fee in order to reserve a first time appointment.

Time is our inventory! We appreciate you as our clients and make every effort to give the appropriate amount of time for each and every appointment. The following cancellation and no show fees also apply if you schedule multiple services and decide not to get some of the services at the last minute. Please make any changes to your appointment no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled services will be collected if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
A ‘ no show’ fee of 100% of the services scheduled will be collected if any client fails to keep the appointment and fails to call us prior to the scheduled appointment time. If we are able to fill the appointment there will be no fee assessed.
